Care Worker

As a Care Worker with Cross Reach, you will support older people to live with dignity, comfort and independence. This is a practical and rewarding role where your care, compassion and consistency genuinely matter. Every day, you will help create a warm, respectful home where people feel valued and supported.

What your role will involve

About you
You are caring, patient and reliable, with a genuine respect for older people. You may already have experience in care or be looking to build a long-term career in social care with the right support. You are comfortable using basic IT systems and are willing to register with the SSSC and join the PVG Scheme as part of the appointment process.

You are also happy to work within the Christian ethos of Cross Reach.
