As a Care Worker with Cross Reach, you will support older people to live with dignity, comfort and independence. About you
You are caring, patient and reliable, with a genuine respect for older people. You may already have experience in care or be looking to build a long-term career in social care with the right support. You are comfortable using basic IT systems and are willing to register with the SSSC and join the PVG Scheme as part of the appointment process.

You are also happy to work within the Christian ethos of Cross Reach.
