ROLE

As a Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM / ERP) that enable clients to achieve their business objectives. This role combines strong Oracle functional and technical knowledge with the ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle technologies.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in Oracle Cloud transformation programs across diverse industries. You will gain exposure to complex enterprise environments and contribute to projects that drive innovation and operational excellence.

In this role you will play a key role in:
  • Supporting the design and delivery of integrated Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM / ERP), ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Translating business requirements into scalable, future‑ready Oracle solutions.
  • Assisting with integration, data migration, and system optimisation activities.
  • Working with clients and project teams to gather requirements, shape solution design, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and contributing to consensus‑building across technical and business teams.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (technical, change, testing) to ensure smooth delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Providing guidance on Oracle best practices and supporting issue resolution during implementation.
  • Contributing to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Supporting senior team members in developing propositions and hosting client workshops.
  • Mentoring junior consultants and sharing knowledge to build team capability.
  • Participating in internal initiatives such as practice development, thought leadership, and campaign activities.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
  • Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
  • Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM, ERP, or both), including integration and data migration.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise cloud solution design and delivery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multi‑disciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and structured thinking approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Flexibility to work across different technologies and roles in line with delivery needs.
  • Interest in contributing to broader transformation initiatives beyond platform‑specific implementations.
  • Currently working in a major consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a consulting background.…
