Wealth Management (WM) Platforms manages industry‑leading platforms across all WM channels and client segments, providing a unified digital experience, unlocking growth, and delivering efficiencies for Advisors, Clients, and Institutions. WM Platforms consists of nine sub‑teams including Field Experience & Platforms, Digital Client Experience & Platforms, Workplace Platforms, Automation & Workflow Solutions, Digital Trading & Investing, UX Design & Research, Strategy & Execution, Business Control & Support, and the Chief Operating Office.

The Role
- Partner with Domain Leads and POs as an SME in multiple domains to create cohesive experiences within various products and be involved in every step of the end‑to‑end product design process.
- Understand the underlying needs and motivations of our clients to achieve business goals and deliver value.
- Provide design solutions for content‑focused experiences for research content consumers and a wide range of content authoring tools, data analysis tools, with and without AI enablement.
- Independently and collaboratively seek to learn about the business domain and users.
- Work with our research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and make value‑driven design decisions that translate into clear, simple UIs.
- Craft intuitive and elegant experiences that empower clients to make confident financial decisions.
- Create and present a variety of design deliverables (research, sketches, wireframes, user flows, prototypes) to engender confidence in solutions.
- Form holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly into our wealth‑management product ecosystem.
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions optimized for web and mobile interfaces and partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products.
- Champion measuring the impact of change with quantitative and qualitative data to support data‑driven decision making.
- Work closely with the larger Wealth Management UX team to share design best practices, align on patterns, and promote a design‑centric culture.
- Advocate for all user abilities by thoroughly testing design deliverables to meet WCAG ADA compliance.
The Role
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating experiences that solved business and user needs.
- 3‑5 years as a UX designer, key contributor to successful product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field;
Master’s degree a plus. - Excellent Figma skills.
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement.
- Ability to leverage research, wireframes, and prototypes to validate and enhance design concepts.
- Thrives in a collaborative, explorative environment and values diverse teamwork.
- Active listening and contribution in group situations (brainstorms, audits, critiques, whiteboard sessions).
- Excitement for complex projects with high ambiguity and resilience in the face of obstacles.
