Business Systems Lead (Business Applications)

We are supporting a well-established, international organisation with a significant UK operation. The UK business is investing in modernising its applications and reporting capability to improve how teams operate across service, finance and commercial functions.

This role leads the UK Business Applications function day to day, while playing a key part in change that will be felt across the whole business.

You will work closely with senior UK stakeholders and partner with an EMEA Applications and Digital Transformation Director. You will also be a permanent member of the UK senior leadership team.

What you will be responsible for

• Leading and developing the UK Business Applications team
• Owning the day to day performance of core business systems across key functions
• Driving a portfolio of change including a major ERP programme, service application improvement and an enterprise reporting rollout using Power BI
• Improving integration, automation and data quality to reduce manual effort and increase reliability
• Translating business needs into practical, delivered outcomes with strong stakeholder engagement

You will likely have

• Experience leading business applications or systems in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Proven involvement in enterprise application change, ideally ERP / CRM systems and service focused platforms
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and bringing clarity to priorities and delivery
