• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Information Technology
• At least 5 years of experience of business and systems analysis in the Financial Industry, preferably in banking or brokerage.
• Experienced in facilitating JAD session
• Strong team player
• Knowledge of UML and SDLC
• Knowledge of RUP, RAD
• Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL
