Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Service Now Developer with strong expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team working on critical risk and compliance initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

• Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions focused on GRC and IRM modules.
• Configure workflows, policies, and compliance frameworks to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Service Now with other enterprise systems using REST APIs and scripting.
• Ensure best practices for coding, testing, and deployment within Service Now.
• Provide technical support and enhancements for existing Service Now GRC/IRM implementations.

• Proven experience as a Service Now Developer (minimum 3+ years).
• Hands‑on expertise in GRC and IRM modules, including Policy & Compliance
  , Risk Management
  , and Audit Management
  .
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries (preferred).
• Service Now certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (desirable).

• Hybrid working model: 3 days per week in Glasgow office
