Role: 1st / 2nd line support

• Act as the first point of contact for support issues by creating, updating, and monitoring user tickets using our E‑Ticketing System
• Assist end users with issues and provide “how to” advice for our systems
• Install and support software and hardware, including workstation imaging and deployment
• Maintain IT asset register
• Manage SLA and KPI – ensure tickets are prioritised and assigned accordingly with users kept informed of progress
• Ensure department procedures are followed at all times
• Experience with Intune is preferable
