About the RoleI’m looking for a Business Performance Manager to join my client’s growing team. This key role supports new business initiatives, strategic planning, data management, and reporting. You will ensure the delivery of high‑quality, actionable Business Intelligence that enables core business functions to run effectively. The role is hybrid, working 3 days a week (5 days initially) in the Glasgow city centre office.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of performance analysts to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor real‑time business activity, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop efficient systems and processes for analysing cross‑functional business data.
- Create and maintain performance‑related MI and customer dashboards that are timely, accurate, and easy to interpret.
- Provide detailed analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver training to managers on interpreting and using performance data.
- Develop forecasting models and capacity planning methodologies, ensuring resource levels meet business demands.
- Design inbound call routing configurations to optimise customer experience and reduce costs.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
- Champion continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives across the organisation.
- Proven experience in Management Information and Performance Management.
- Background in workforce management, demand forecasting, and performance optimisation.
- Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge (including complex formulas, analysis tool packs, and Power Pivot).
- Ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL.
- Python for coding and Power BI for visualisation ideally.
- Understanding of Business Intelligence tools.
