Microsoft AI Architect / AI Expert
Location: Glasgow
Rate: 700 - 800 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Until end of March 2025 (potential for extension)

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft AI Architect / AI Expert to lead the implementation and configuration of cutting-edge Azure AI solutions for a high-profile client. This is a hands-on role where you'll design, build, and optimise AI-driven tools-including Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and related Azure AI services-to transform business operations and enhance user experiences.

You'll be the go-to expert, bridging the gap between complex AI capabilities and practical, scalable business solutions.

Candidates must be SC Cleared

• Architect, implement, and configure Azure AI solutions such as Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable AI architectures

• Develop custom AI agents, chatbots, and automation workflows using Copilot Studio

• Integrate AI models and tools into existing enterprise systems and data pipelines

• Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, governance, and cost optimisation

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams

• Proven experience as an AI Architect, AI Engineer, or similar role with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure AI

• Hands-on expertise with Copilot Studio, AI Foundry and/or Azure Machine Learning

• Solid understanding of Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Bot Framework

• Experience designing and deploying intelligent agents, chatbots, and automation solutions

• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Day rate of 700-800 (Inside IR35)

• Candidates must have an active SC Clearance
