Job Title : Service Now Developer

Location : Remote (UK / Europe)

Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Service Now Developer to support and enhance our Service Now platform, with a strong focus on the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module. In this role, you will collaborate in a dynamic Agile environment to configure, customize, and maintain the platform to meet evolving business needs. You will play a key role in improving efficiency through automation, workflow enhancements, and cross-system integrations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing and supporting the SPM module, excels at solving complex technical challenges, and can design scalable solutions with minimal disruption to the environment

Required

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Service Now platform, specifically within the SPM module
Servicenow Certified Application Developer
Strong understanding of ITSM and general Service Now architecture
Solid grasp of ITIL principles and best practices
Proficiency in JavaScript and experience working with Service Now APIs and web services
Demonstrated experience integrating Service Now with other enterprise applications
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
