Overview

Join our Data & AI Strategy team at the forefront of the AI revolution, where we advise, design, implement, drive adoption, develop talent and collaborate with business and technology leaders to embed AI across the full enterprise lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Advise on AI transformation – Lead advisory projects that shape AI vision, ambition and strategy into actionable implementation plans.
• Design and implement AI organisations – Plan and oversee programmes to build, establish and scale cross‑functional data & AI teams, covering the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI products.
• Drive the adoption of AI – Develop and implement organisational change approaches for stakeholder engagement, user adoption and benefit realisation.
• Develop the next generation of AI transformation experts – Coach, manage and mentor consultants to become subject‑matter experts in AI operating models and transformation.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders – Build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and strategic partners to shape decisions at the highest levels.
• Business development – Lead and contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, pitches and event hosting.
• Internal contribution – Drive campaign development, think‑tank participation, whitepaper creation, offer development and practice support.
• Learning & development – Undertake training, gain certifications and build skills aligned with the evolving market and company needs.

Qualifications

Strategy & Consulting Experience

• AI operating model design – Proven ability to design and implement various AI operating models.
• AI strategy leadership – Extensive experience leading AI strategy advisory projects at enterprise and business‑function level.
• AI thought leadership – Skilled in driving proposition development and market‑leading go‑to‑market offerings.
• Consulting & commercial acumen – Advisory background in scoping, budgeting, stakeholder management and high‑impact outcomes.
• SC cleared / eligible.

Desirable Experience

• Cross‑industry experience – Public sector, private industry and a range of sectors.
• Technical knowledge – Understanding of cloud/hyperscaler platforms and AI solution capabilities.
• Agile delivery leadership – Track record of applying Agile methodologies and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Business development (Senior Manager) – Proven ability to generate consulting revenues.
