We’re committed to investing in cutting‑edge technology to transform our business, enhance our products, and provide outstanding support to our customers.

We’re eager to find a talented individual who can help us drive these business improvements and deliver technology solutions that make a real difference.

Our Commercial Strategy, Portfolio and Transformation team is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of change initiatives across the entire organisation. From large, strategically important projects to smaller, impactful changes, our work involves collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. We embrace agile methods to maximise our success, and we’re looking for someone who can navigate this fast‑paced environment with professionalism and enthusiasm.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing
  • Co‑ordinate activities across multiple project teams and third parties to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Take ownership of end‑to‑end change activities in collaboration with Product Owners and Agile Squads.
  • Engage with stakeholders to oversee work streams and teams, ensuring transparency through regular progress and status updates to Programme Boards.
  • Track progress against delivery milestones, proactively addressing challenges and risks to maintain momentum.
  • Liaise with other programmes, projects, and technical teams to manage dependencies and facilitate smooth delivery of changes.
  • Uphold organisational governance and controls to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks early, manage issues effectively, elevate where necessary, and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • Foster a culture centred on continuous learning, improvement, and knowledge sharing across the team.
