Lead Global IT Service Excellence at SThree

We are seeking an experienced Global IT Service Desk Manager to lead and evolve our Global Service Desk function
. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll manage a team delivering exceptional service across multiple regions, ensuring performance meets agreed SLAs and aligns with business priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead & Develop a global team of Service Delivery Engineers, driving performance and succession planning.
  • Own Service Delivery
    :
    Act as the senior escalation point for IT issues and ensure first‑time resolution.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement
    :
    Optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and support business growth.
  • Collaborate Globally
    :
    Work with regional managers and internal teams to identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
  • Monitor & Report
    :
    Establish KPIs, track performance, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support Projects
    :
    Oversee office setups, relocations, and technology deployments.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing global IT support teams in a corporate environment
    .
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with one or more of the following technologies:
    Microsoft Azure
    , Intune
    , and Dynamics 365 CRM
    .
  • Familiarity with Service Now and ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Degree in Technology or related discipline (preferred).
Working Hours

This role requires flexibility to work 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM UK time to support global operations across multiple time zones.
