We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Insurance Account Handler to join our clients friendly team in Glasgow. You will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the first point of contact for designated clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Support clients with queries and provide exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure client needs are met
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all interactions
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the Insurance Industry (Broking exposure a plus)
- Willingness to learn and develop within the industry
- Customer service experience is advantageous
SKILLS
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Confidence in client-facing interaction
