We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Claims Team
. This role will be based in the Glasgow office and is a hybrid role requiring work at least three days a week in the office.

The main focus of this role is to proactively manage a portfolio of predominantly Liability Claims ensuring service delivery is in line with client expectations. The job holder will be expected to conclude matters efficiently and professionally while keeping all parties fully apprised throughout the claims process. Effective communication with stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage an allocated caseload.
  • Ensure all client requests and queries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
  • Gather all relevant claims information & documentation.
  • Provide claims advice to clients, managing expectations and keeping them informed.
  • Action all new claims and report to relevant insurers within applicable SLA’s & KPI’s.
  • Effectively communicate with all key stakeholders and attend internal meetings representing claims.
  • Build and manage effective internal and external relationships with all involved parties.
  • Ensure all files are maintained and data capture is accurate and up to date.
  • Produce claims reports as required.
  • Ensure all regulatory process requirements are adhered to.
  • Process DA claims in accordance with scheme requirements.
  • Ensure claims are accurately reserved.
Qualifications
  • Liability claims experience preferred, property experience considered.
  • Problem solving and open mindset.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Agility for working in a continuous improvement environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
