• Focused on Casualty, this role is ideal to develop expertise in handling and investigating complex claims.
• Exposure to apply and develop knowledge of handling Casualty Claims.
• Proactively deal with claims in accordance with best practice guidelines central to AIG quality standards; client‑centric mindset for optimal cost and outcome.
• Regular contact with internal stakeholders and brokers, experts, and external lawyers.
• Use claims expertise to support the feedback loop to key stakeholders and our culture of underwriting excellence.

• Claims handling experience, with Casualty experience an advantage; customer‑centric mindset critical.
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to make an accurate and timely decision.
• Policy language skills for accurate and consistent policy wording interpretation.
• Lateral thinking and problem‑solving to develop new ideas for improving practices.
• Strong desire to support continuous improvement and contribute effective solutions.
• Strong communication, time management, administrative and report‑writing skills.
