As Broking Manager
, you will sit within the senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s operational and technical backbone.

You’ll lead broking and placement strategy, act as the senior technical referral point, oversee insurer engagement, and mentor a high‑performing broking team.

This role will suit an experienced insurance broking professional with deep market knowledge, strong technical credibility, and a natural leadership style.

You’ll be comfortable engaging at senior insurer and client level and thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Experience with Acturis is highly advantageous, and exposure to specialist schemes — particularly within sports and leisure — is of strong interest.
