Join a growing Employment team based in Scotland, working on a broad remit spanning contentious and non-contentious employment law. Seniority‑dependent reporting line into either the Employment Partner or Team Lead.

• Expansion hire due to sustained growth and rising instructions from employer and senior executive clients
• Strong platform to develop, lead, or support high‑quality tribunal, advisory, and transactional work
• Collaborative team investing in people, capability, and long‑term practice growth
• Clear progression pathways at every level

• Advise employer and individual clients on the full spectrum of employment law
• Manage or support tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing
• Draft and negotiate contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and commercial employment documentation
• Deliver commercially focused, client‑led solutions

• Strong technical grounding in contentious or non‑contentious employment law (or both)
• Client‑ready mindset with an interest in developing within a growing team
• Seniors: ambition to lead work streams, supervise juniors, or support business development
