Senior / Associate Solicitor - Personal Injury (4+ Years PQE)

Role Overview
You will:
Manage your own caseload of higher-value and complex personal injury claims
Handle cases involving road traffic accidents, employer liability, and public liability
Lead on litigation matters, including court work
Collaborate effectively with Counsel and other stakeholders
Work directly with clients and represent the firm professionally
This is a client-facing role, predominantly office-based in Glasgow, with hybrid working available once fully established in the position.
About You
To thrive in this role, you must have:
4+ years PQE in Personal Injury litigation
Proven experience managing complex injury cases
Strong litigation and court experience
Confidence communicating with Counsel and clients
A proactive, organised, and solution-focused mindset:
Experience in Clinical Negligence work would be a significant advantage and is highly regarded for this position
