Mobile Cleaning Supervisor at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services

Contract: Permanent

Employment type: Part Time

Hours: 12.5 hours (Back shift performance of cleaning staff on Network Rail site)

Pay: £12.80 per hour

Location: Network Rail, 151 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 5NW

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff, while maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

• Ensure the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning.
• Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following correct Health & Safety procedures.
• Provide technical training when required.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness, manage materials usage and order stocks.
• Deal with any issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager when required.

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Good communication skills, reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work according to a schedule on own initiative.
