You will carry out a professional and efficient MET service to all Accident and Repair Centre (ARC) customers.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 7am – 4pm. Salary: up to £45,000 OTE

- Ascertain job requirements from the job card/estimate
- Remove and re‑fit new or repaired car body panels (bonnet, wings, doors, bumpers, lamps)
- Liaise with estimators, workshop controller, and parts manager to order required parts
- Align and re‑fit renewed body panels
- Remove and re‑fit mechanical and suspension parts (radiators, AC unit, steering, suspension components)
- Adjust steering geometry as necessary
- Remove and re‑fit inner trim panels, seats, dashboard and airbag components
- Perform any other task consistent with mechanical, electrical, or trim jobs
- Previous experience as a Fitter/Stripper or Panel Beater
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience working in a body‑shop environment is advantageous but not essential
