BIT Technician

Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on problem solver with a passion for technology and precision to join our IMAC Team – Branding & Installs as a BIT Technician in Glasgow.

Permanent | Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

• Installation & Uplift
  :
  Installing and removing lobby ATMs in line with Standard Operating Procedures and weekly schedules.
• ATM Preparation
  :
  Staging ATMs by loading software, refurbishing, configuring, testing, and rebranding uplifted machines for redeployment.
• Branding Excellence
  :
  Installing and maintaining bespoke ATM branding across our UK estate.
• Customer Interaction
  :
  Delivering exceptional service in a customer‑facing role while liaising with internal teams.
• Record Keeping
  :
  Maintaining accurate stock records, usage logs, and time management.

This role requires flexibility for UK travel and occasional overnight stays to meet business needs.

• Prior ATM knowledge and experience with internal programmes (preferred).
• Strong electrical/mechanical fault‑finding skills.
• Excellent IT skills and ability to follow procedures.
• A clean driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability and problem‑solving skills in dynamic situations.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
