The Role

The Role As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day‑to‑day team operations, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative culture.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing your team to meet targets and deliver outstanding results.
• Support new starters through training and onboarding processes.
• Providing coaching, support and feedback to team members to enhance skills and engagement.
• Plan daily workloads and allocate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with management to track KPIs and maintain service standards.
