Technical Program Manager – Vice President

Join Lombard Counseling and Psychological Services as a Technical Program Manager – Vice President.

We’re seeking someone to join our innovative Network Security team as a Service Delivery Manager in Cyber where you’ll spearhead the global rollout of our cutting‑edge IoT Armis deployment effort. You will plan, track, and ensure the timely delivery of this transformative initiative, driving real impact across our organization.

What You’ll Do in the Role
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end management of multiple technical projects.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of multiple technical programs.
  • Ensure alignment of program goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor program progress and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Prepare and present program status reports to senior leadership.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
  • Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in program management, with a focus on team leadership & delivery.
  • Deep expertise in project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
  • Ability to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
