Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor
, you will be supporting the Hub Manager by taking ownership of the Late Shift, ensuring that operational targets and SLAs are met, site Health & Safety is upheld and any team escalations are dealt with.

You will supervise about 11 operatives across Warehouse and Admin, so ideally you will have team lead or supervision experience from a Logistics or Distribution background, have great stock management knowledge and able to effectively communicate across different stakeholders.

• Proven background and knowledge of warehouse operations ideally in a supervisory position
• Great communication skills across all different levels
• Good Warehouse & Logistics Health & Safety knowledge
• Proficiency with IT systems

, 10:30 - 19:00 shift pattern.
