As Project Manager, you won’t just be overseeing projects, you’ll be leading teams, building relationships, and shaping the future of our work
. You’ll take ownership from start to finish, ensuring projects run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards, while supporting the development of your people and spotting opportunities to grow the business.

• Leading site teams and ensuring compliance with H&S, environmental and quality standards
• Managing budgets, reporting, and delivering projects on time and within scope
• Overseeing variations and tendering additional works when required
• Mentoring your team, driving performance, and encouraging growth
• Building strong client relationships that create repeat opportunities
• Offering technical support to clients and site teams throughout project delivery

• Proven M&E project management experience with strong electrical expertise
• HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or related discipline preferred
• Commercial, design, financial, and delivery know-how across contracts
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A proactive, client‑focused approach with a passion for quality
