Harrison Bridge is proud to be partnering with a long‑established, highly trusted energy consultancy as they enter an exciting new phase of growth. We are searching for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), a high‑impact role designed to help scale an already successful business.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own day‑to‑day commercial performance while playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s long‑term growth strategy.

The company delivers four core services to a loyal and growing client base:

• Cost Control
• Compliance & ESG
• Consumption Control
• Carbon Reduction

At the heart of the proposition is a proprietary, AI‑enabled platform, empowering clients to manage their entire utility estate all in one place.

As CCO, you will have full accountability for the performance and growth of three commercial teams – Lead Generation, Business Development, and Account Management. Your mandate is to optimise and scale revenue growth, improve consistency of delivery, and elevate the overall customer experience.

This is a high‑impact commercial leadership role within a profitable, well‑run, and highly ambitious organisation. You’ll work closely with a visionary CEO, with genuine autonomy to shape strategy and build a best‑in‑class commercial engine.

• Hybrid role: candidates must be able to commit to three days per week at HQ in Scotland. Please apply only if this is feasible.
• Sector experience required: candidates with a career background in energy and/or utilities will be prioritised.
