This is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow for the position of Sales Team Manager. The Sales Team Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing and motivating team members, providing training and mentorship, coordinating with clients to address their needs, and driving the overall sales strategy to achieve business goals.

The role will also require regular performance evaluations and the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth.

• Proven expertise in Team Management and Training, including leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Solid experience in Sales, with a focus on meeting targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing successful sales strategies and plans.
• Preferred qualifications include familiarity with recruitment or staffing industries and a results‑driven mindset with experience in performance analysis.
