CORE Talent Solutions is proud to be partnering once again with a dynamic and fast‑growing financial services firm. As part of their continued national expansion, we’re recruiting for a Mortgage Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of advisors from their Glasgow office.

Key Responsibilities of the Mortgage Sales Manager:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Mortgage & Protection Advisors to achieve individual and team targets
  • Drive a culture of customer‑first advice, compliance excellence, and high performance
  • Manage team pipelines, ensuring smooth workflow, quality assurance, and timely completions
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching or up‑skilling support where needed
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on growth plans, recruitment, and business development strategy
  • Personally maintain a small client book or handle high‑value leads (optional, depending on background)
What We're Looking For:
  • CeMAP or CII qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring advisors
  • A deep understanding of the UK mortgage market and protection products
  • A proactive, commercially‑minded approach to hitting targets and scaling success
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for developing others
