As a Senior Investment Manager at Last Mile, you’ll take the lead on strategic investment analysis across our utility infrastructure assets – driving long‑term revenue forecasting, portfolio evaluation, and project‑specific asset valuation. Managing a small team, you’ll provide guidance and support while continuing to shape the direction and maturity of the investment function.

• Lead the development of long‑term revenue forecasts and financial models, including regulated tariff modelling.
• Oversee portfolio analysis across installed assets, orderbook, and pipeline to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive project‑specific asset valuation and investment modelling to support key business cases.
• Prepare and present investment cases and insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members while contributing to strategic planning and investment prioritisation.

• 5+ years’ experience in investment analysis, infrastructure, utilities, or regulated sectors.
• Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel essential; VBA, Python or Power BI desirable).
• Understanding of asset revenue modelling.
• Experience with in regulated revenue structures is desirable.

• Professional qualification (e.g. CFA, ACA, CIMA)
