What Youll Be Doing Manual turning, CNC machining and producing precision-engineered parts Working from technical drawings to manufacture components accurately Assembling, inspecting and finishing work to high quality standards Maintaining machines and supporting wider workshop tasks Collaborating closely with colleagues to meet production schedules

What Were Looking For Excellent manual turning experience (essential) Solid CNC machining background At least 3 years workshop machining experience Strong communication skills and a genuine team-first attitude Confident managing time, quality and safety standards Microsoft Office proficiency Willing to work overtime when required
