This isn't just an office role—we are seeking someone from the sharp end of manufacturing who knows manufacturing processes and is ready to take the next step in their career by focusing purely on CI.

This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in implementing and sustaining a continuous improvement culture. You will use your shop‑floor experience to drive real‑world changes that enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

• Leading LEAN Initiatives:
  You will present, facilitiate, support, and lead assigned LEAN improvement events and activities on the shop floor.
• Root Cause and Data Analysis:
  Use your understanding of the process to conduct root cause analysis, analyse Business Central Data, and use appropriate measurement methods to document process improvements.

  Work closely with production staff to identify and implement improvements—you'll be mentoring teams, not just directing them.
• Project Oversight:
  Have oversight of a number of different projects, managing timelines and deliverables.
