Are you an experienced CI manager within FMCG?
Do you have experience of successfully managing the continuous improvement of fast paced manufacturing sites?
Are you skilled in lean manufacturing techniques to allow businesses to implement best practice?
Mac Gregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG business on the search for a CI Manager. This is a perm role based in Central Belt Scotland.
What We're Looking For :- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required, Black Belt would be preferable.
- Strong working knowledge of various CI tools with a proven track record of success within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous continuous improvement analytical experience within FMCG, including project management and business analysis is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of partners and senior managers.
Salary – up to 75k + package
