Companies like Pulpex are vital for delivering affordable, scalable solutions that support a more sustainable future for consumer goods and professional products.
We are now in search for a Production Manager to join the team! This position will report directly to the Site General Manager and sit as a key member of the site senior leadership team.
The Role
* Lead, manage, and develop the Production team to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations
* Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost improvements using Lean and CI methodologies
* Work closely with Supply Chain to balance output, cost, and inventory levels
* Partner with Engineering to support preventive maintenance, asset care, and equipment strategy
* Own the operational delivery of new technology and process introductions
* Act as a senior point of contact for operational issues impacting customers
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong EHS leadership, ensuring KPI and regulatory compliance
* Embed a Right First Time and quality-first culture
* Develop and track KPIs to drive performance improvement
* Lead training, capability development, and succession planning within the team
* Manage performance, attendance, and capability in line with company procedures
About You
* Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment
* Experience/exposure improving efficiency through Lean / CI tools
* Confident communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
