Manufacturing Manager – Permanent, Glasgow

We are seeking an experienced operational leader within a high‑quality FMCG manufacturing environment.

• Drive manufacturing excellence onsite.
• Develop and lead the implementation of change management initiatives.
• Provide clear manufacturing objectives, vision, and leadership to the site.
• Drive improvements across KPI's for the site, including cost, safety, service, quality, gross losses and absenteeism.
• Ensure the site has appropriate processes and systems in place to drive best practice manufacturing standards with a focus on developing and embedding LEAN manufacturing.

• Successful track record of delivery in previous team leadership roles.
• Exposure to a number of different functions and evidence of being able to apply knowledge in other areas.
• Commercially astute with the ability to see the broader business context gained through experience working with commercial functions.
• Strong influencing and communication skills to deliver results through others.
• Proven track record in developing people and teams to create high performance.
