Position: Marketing Assistant (Graduate)

About Us

Simple Online Pharmacy is a UK-regulated online pharmacy specialising in weight loss, men’s health and a wide range of treatments. We’re a growing team focused on making healthcare more accessible, safe and straightforward for patients.

We’re looking for an entry-level Marketing Assistant - ideal for a recent marketing graduate or similar degree - who’s keen to get hands-on experience across landing pages, popups, surveys and data.

Full training and guidance will be provided on all tools and software used in the role.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the marketing team and external partners to build, test and improve user journeys, particularly for paid traffic. You’ll have support and guidance, but also room to take ownership of your own projects as you grow in the role.

Key Responsibilities

Landing pages (Framer)

  • Build, update and manage landing pages in Framer
  • Turn campaign briefs into clear, patient-friendly and conversion-focused pages
  • Ensure pages are correctly tagged and tracked for PPC campaigns
  • Help run optimisation tests and share results with the team

On-site popups and user journeys (Wise Pops)

  • Create and manage popups and on-site messages using Wise Pops
  • Set up targeted messages at key points in the journey (new visitors, basket, exit intent, etc.)
  • Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on data

Surveys and patient research (Typeform)

  • Build and maintain surveys and forms in Typeform for patient research, feedback and exit intent
  • Help shape survey questions to gather clear, useful insights
  • Support with turning survey results into simple, actionable summaries

Working with suppliers and partners

  • Liaise with print suppliers and other agencies (e.g. design, PPC)
  • Support with quotes, briefs, asset sharing and timelines
  • Help ensure materials are on-brand and compliant with healthcare regulations (training provided)

General marketing support

  • Support with basic copywriting and proof-reading for landing pages, popups and surveys
  • Use simple design tools (e.g. Canva) to help create or adapt marketing assets
  • Assist with general marketing tasks as the team and business evolve
About You

Essential

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software
  • Good written English and strong attention to detail
  • Organised and able to manage your own workload with support from the team
  • Comfortable working with analytics data (e.g. reading dashboards or spreadsheets)

Desirable

  • Experience with Framer, Wise Pops, Typeform or similar tools
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva or similar
  • Basic copywriting skills (e.g. web copy, ads, emails, university projects)
  • Any exposure to PPC (e.g. Google Ads, paid social)
  • Any experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel)
  • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar) for research, idea generation or drafting content
  • Interest in health, wellbeing or patient care

Personal qualities

  • Curious and willing to learn, with a proactive attitude
  • Happy to ask questions and take feedback on board
  • Clear communicator who is comfortable working with both colleagues and external partners
What We Offer
  • Full training on all tools and platforms used in the role
  • Hands‑on experience across performance marketing, CRO and user research
  • Exposure to a growing online healthcare business in a regulated sector

Supportive environment with the chance to shape key patient journeys
