Social Media & Digital Manager

Glasgow/ Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home)

£40,000 - £45,000

If you’re passionate about using social and digital media to make a real impact Perceptive Communicators have just the opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients in the built environment, science, leisure and technology, focused on improving lives and transforming futures.

This is a hands‑on role where strategy meets execution. You’ll own social and digital campaigns end‑to‑end, blending organic content with high‑performing paid activity to drive engagement, visibility and commercial results.

You’ll be responsible for planning, creating and delivering both paid and organic social and digital campaigns across platforms including Linked In, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok. From shaping strategy and activating campaigns, through to optimisation and reporting, you’ll take full ownership of performance.

Day to day, you’ll create and schedule engaging content, manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In and Meta, analyse results, and turn insights into clear recommendations. You’ll also play a key role in community management, client relationships, online event promotion, and supporting the wider Perceptive brand profile.

You’ll already be working in a social and digital‑focused role, ideally within an agency environment, and be confident running both organic and paid campaigns. Strong B2B Linked In experience is essential, along with hands‑on use of Linked In Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite and social scheduling tools such as Buffer.

You’ll be comfortable analysing performance, presenting insights to clients, and collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders. A proactive mindset, strong writing skills, and genuine enthusiasm for digital and social trends will set you apart. Experience creating visual or video content would be helpful.

At Perceptive, you’ll join a collaborative, ideas‑led team, work with purpose‑driven clients, and have the autonomy to shape campaigns that genuinely make a difference – while continuing to develop your skills in a fast‑moving digital environment. You’ll work with ambitious organisations, gain deep exposure to specialist sectors, and develop your skills in an environment that genuinely invests in its people. Flexible working, competitive financial package including profit share bonus, pension, cycle to work scheme, private healthcare with discounted gym membership and travel, your birthday off and an additional day's holiday after 3 years' service are among some of their benefits.

Perceptive Communicators also offer real opportunities for progression, making this a standout move for someone ready to grow.
