A leading arts charity is seeking a Senior Manager – Philanthropy & Membership for maternity cover. In this role, you will develop the Individual Giving strategy and engage with key donors. Ideal candidates should have experience in fundraising, strong leadership skills, and a passion for arts and culture, helping take the organization's income success to the next level. The position offers a salary of £37,000 – £42,000 p/a and hybrid working with a requirement of at least two days per week in Glasgow.
