NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK, employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non‑clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
The shift pattern for this post is 9‑hour shifts, covering 2.5 days out of the 7. This includes backshift to meet the needs of the service.
Please note the salary is pro‑rata for part‑time hours.
Responsibilities- The post holder will provide an accessible, appropriate, high‑quality, culturally sensitive, and effective nursing service to all age groups in the community, working in partnership with service users, care providers, and other agencies.
- The post holder will be a first‑level nurse who will support the District Nurse/charge nurse in delivering care to patients within the caseload.
- Must be NMC registered and have a UK driving licence.
