Staff Nurse - Haemato-Oncology Ward role at NHS Scotland.

The shift pattern for this post is 37 hours per week, as per rota. It is a 24-hour rotational post. Induction and SACT training will be provided on appointment alongside a designated mentor. A Clinical Nurse Educator on the ward facilitates and supports staff.
Ward B7 is a 19-bed Haemato-Oncology Ward containing 15 adult beds and 4 Teenage and Young Adult beds.

Responsibilities- Join the Clinical Haematology Team within Ward B7, Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre
- Work in a 24-hour rotational post with induction and mentorship until fully trained
- Utilise support from the ward’s Clinical Nurse Educator to develop knowledge and skills
- Attend informal information sessions about the position and unit support
- Live NMC UK pin is required to be considered for this post
- Willingness to undergo 37 hours per week (per rota) with note of upcoming change to 36 hours for Agenda for Change posts from 1 April 2026
