Practice Nurse

37.5 hour post (negotiable) permanent position. open to 2 x part time positions

Muirside Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic Practice/CDM Nurse to provide additional support to our existing team.

We are a well-established team with 5 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 2 x ANP Nurses, 2 x Practice nurse's, 2 x Health Care Assistant's, and Practice Pharmacists. To support the clinical team we also have a fully established admin team. We use Vision and Docman at the practice.

We are ideally looking for a nurse who can competently manage a range of Practice Nurse duties, cervical cytology and be responsible for managing chronic disease in the practice. Therefore non-medical prescribing would be highly desirable for this role

The ideal candidate would be a team player with excellent communication skills, but equally have the ability to work autonomously. The clinical and administrative team would always be available and happy to support you.
