About the Role
As a Process Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting products to ensure compliance with quality standards and process requirements. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to identify improvements and support the delivery of high‑quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support business objectives by ensuring adherence to quality and process requirements.
- Accurately and promptly report product or process issues.
- Record and track non‑conformances using ERP systems, contributing to the development of effective solutions.
- Verify and maintain accurate quality assurance documentation and production records.
- Background in an engineering discipline.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical report writing.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Analytical thinking and practical problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and promoting best practices.
- Engineering Apprenticeship or Higher Education qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in an Electrical, Mechanical or Manufacturing Environment.
- Prior experience in a Quality role is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with IPC
610, IPC
620 and IPC J-STD-001J standards preferred.
