Dnata is one of the world’s largest air and travel services providers, offering a comprehensive range of inflight catering, onboard retail, supply chain, and logistics services across key UK airports.

Role

This role is responsible for the organization of compliance administration and filing, and for completing compliance checks around the Glasgow unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logging and checking all internal HACCP and food safety documentation against company standards, feeding back to managers and ensuring corrective actions noted.
  • Updating and maintaining unit Compliance Activity Planners and supplying information for month‑end reports.
  • Maintaining key compliance information such as Legionella files and Fire Log Book.
  • Supporting the Compliance Manager with documentation for customer complaints/comments.
  • Compiling and issuing the first aid roster.
  • General filing and archiving.
  • Maintaining the Training Matrix and training files for the Manchester Region, flagging requirements to unit management.
  • Booking medicals and tick tests.
  • Calibrating and checking unit thermometers and scales.
  • Working with fire marshals and compliance team to ensure monthly fire checks are carried out.
  • Assisting unit management with quality control of finished products by spot‑checking flight components.
  • Conducting GMP audits and communicating findings to management.
Required Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Confident personality and ability to give feedback to all levels.
  • Physical ability to conduct product checks (may involve bending and lifting).
  • Previous experience of compliance/food safety is an advantage.
