Working Hours:

5 days a week 9am 5.30pm Monday to Friday Our client is looking for a switched-on Property Manager to work in Chatham looking after a portfolio of around 50-70 properties mainly HMOs. We have an opportunity for you to join this amazing company who believe in investing in their team! Responsibilities and Duties Organising maintenance in a timely manner Ensuring all certificates are up to date for properties.

Onboarding landlords Overseeing check outs to facilitate a smooth transition between tenancies. Ensuring inspections are conducted on time and results are actioned. Dealing with any tenancy disputes/complaints. Auditing/managing/recruiting contractors You will:
Work calm under pressure. Always be professional. Have strong attention to detail. Be Willing to learn and grow with the company.
