You will join a 5‑year, flagship EPSRC Programme Grant, SUSTAIN, developing next-generation sustainable heterogeneous e‑Textiles as Imperceptible Human Interfaces. The interdisciplinary programme aims to transform wearable and user‑centric electronics, producing high‑quality publications and advancing wireless wearables research demonstrators into products and spin‑outs. The role will develop novel RF and microwave sensors and/or interface circuits for non‑invasive sensing, and build large‑area demonstrators of high‑performance flexible and printed circuits using in‑house instruments.
The circuits will be incorporated in sensing and wireless applications with potential for large‑scale deployment and commercial exploitation. The Programme Grant offers further opportunities for career development, mentoring and greater independence.
