Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

• Hold a current SIA licence.
• Desired: SIA CCTV licence.
• Full 5‑year checkable employment/education history.

• Deliver industry- leading customer service.
• Deter violence and public order offences.
• Conduct patrols of the store.
• Utilise CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Liaise with store management teams.
• Collaborate with Police and crime partnerships to reduce store crime.
• Wear Body‑Worn CCTV to support crime reduction and increase safety.
