As a Customer Assistant you will keep the store running by restocking, operating tills, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers growth into specialist positions such as Freshness, Non‑Food, or Bakery.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with questions, queries and requests.
- Process deliveries and restock shelves.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Bake fresh bakery goods to keep the section stocked.
- Merchandise and maintain the middle aisles of non‑food products.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility to start early or finish late.
- Positive approach to changing priorities.
- Drive and passion to work hard and make the store successful.
- Friendly smile and manner to inspire team and customers.
