As a Trainee Manager, you will learn people‑management skills, support the sales floor, and develop sales skills while delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Shadow experienced managers and participate in coaching sessions.

• Previous retail or customer‑service experience (luxury goods or jewellery preferred).
• Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals (JET qualification advantageous but not essential).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage clients.
• Strong desire to learn and progress into management.
• Flexibility with regard to working hours.
