EARLY MORNING TEAM MEMBER - GLASGOW CENTRAL, M&S SIMPLY FOOD

Pay rates
: £12.40 per hour base + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.60 per hour.

Shift Pattern:
Full-Time (30+ hrs) and Part Time (16+ hrs). Early morning shifts scheduled from 4am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About You

• You love a fast-paced environment with friendly faces, and feel-good moments – retail at its best!
• Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Be able to legally work 37.5 hours at all times.

About The Team Member Role

• Display a 'customer first' attitude, no matter the task at hand.
• Handling deliveries, stock movement, stock handling, keeping shelves full, clean, and organised.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Previous retail experience is desired.
