We are hiring Full-Time Sales Assistants to join one of our exciting stores based at Glasgow Fort Shopping Centre
. This full‑time position requires 37.5 hours per week and the ability to work flexibly Monday – Sunday.

We don’t look at CVs – just your answers to our application questions about customer service. If you have the availability we’re looking for and show that initial spark for delivering great service, we believe you deserve an interview! As a Sales Assistant you will be the heartbeat of our business. You will greet customers with a friendly attitude, provide expert product knowledge, and help them make the best choice for their needs. Your primary goal is to give guests the best possible shopping experience, creating a high‑street experience where every customer feels valued.

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Make our customers feel like VIPs, ensuring they leave with smiles and a great impression of our shop.
• Become a product expert, helping customers make perfect choices that suit their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers.
• Team up with colleagues to hit store targets, keeping the shop floor fun and delivering excellent service together.
• Keep our store sparkling clean and inviting, maintaining an organised and visually appealing environment.
• Dive into training sessions to grow both personally and professionally.
• Stay up to date on current trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Handle transactions with a smile, ensuring every purchase is the perfect end to a shopping experience.

We’re looking for outgoing, friendly, organised and can‑do individuals. You should be positive, approachable and able to approach customers with ease to spark enthusiastic conversations. Previous experience is not required – we’re happy to train.
